Evermoresea is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath upside down home designed to take advantage of the fabulous views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and surrounding deck. The master bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bath are also on the top floor. Patio doors lead to the deck from the living room and dining room. There are two electronic shades to moderate the early morning summer sun when needed. Downstairs is a full bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family room with queen fold out sofa, full bath and a mechanical room with washer and dryer. There are three decks, one around the living room and dining room, one off the family room and one halfway down to the beach with an outdoor eating area. With the exciting 9 foot tides of Wellfleet there is always plenty to do. At low tide one can explore the ecology of the bay floor or go for a swim in the ocean and the glacial moraine ponds which are fresh water and crystal clear to sandy bottoms. At middle and high tide one can swim, kayak, sail, snorkel and fish.

The house is nestled in woods of oak and
pine and the path from the garage to the house has wonderful woodsy smells on a
warm summer day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences. In a
mechanical room downstairs are the washer and dryer. The house is fully
winterized with propane forced air heat and has a Vermont Castings wood stove
for ambiance in the living room area. There is full WiFi
connectivity and two large TVs, one in the living room with a VCR and DVD
players and a one in the family room.

exciting bay with 9 foot tides. When the tide is low one can explore the
ecosystems which include oyster and clam farming. It is a marine paradise. When
the tide is low the surf is perfect on the ocean side 3 miles away. When the
tide is high the swimming is wonderful and one can kayak, or fish or boat.
Nearby between the bay and the ocean are numerous fresh water kettle ponds with
sandy bottoms and one can see down 20 feet, absolutely clear. Wellfleet is near

with tennis and other activities for young children, teens and adults. The Chequessett Golf club is 300 yards away and offers golf and
sailing to the public.
